Good product for the money, have used it very little. I know it is not a top of the line but for a weekender it works ok. It is just short on power and speed but I knew this when I bought it. This is the reason for the 4 star.

I was excited to get my hands on this thing to see how really good it is, for the price I paid. Unboxing is just a little box that it comes in, but there were no instructions what so ever, but then again I’m new to oiling air tools. It seemed to have quality, metal casing, and everything. I have my pressure regulator at 90psi (the spec it says on the box “working psi”) this will not break any bolts that I tested with it, and it is also pretty slow, not fast at all. Holding in the trigger, the rpms seem how it should. What has me writing this interview though, is i tighten a Bolt as far as the air ratchet would torque it, or stop impacting. I grabbed my torque wrench and broke the bolt loose under 10ft lbs, where it should at least be 40. I don’t know what these other buyers are talking about when they say fast action. One more thing to mention is I tried it at my diesel shop on a small engine, using the industrial compressor, same results. using my regular ratchet would probably be faster03/15/18: my opinion changes a little bit. I was able to get it to actually impact increasing the psi over 30lbs. (DO NOT RECOMEND) it helped me take off a brake booster off a f450 very easy. It probably just needs some persuasion with more air, and air sealed air chucks.

This product is ok for the price. It does not have a lot of power to break lose tight bolts. I have to break them lose first with another wrench by hand and then use this tool. The rpm’s are very slow also. I do think it is a good value and still better than a manual ratchet. I used it to remove bolts from a brake caliper, which helped changing my brakes quicker. I’ll give it 4 stars mainly because it is a good value.

Used with 6-gallon Bostich compressor on a car job replacing my front CV axle. It runs out of air, but really did help make the job go faster and I used less energy. Not strong enough to break much torque, but did move the nuts and bolts faster than by hand. With a larger air tank it would be even better.

I bought this 1/2″ drive air ratchet for removing my lawn mower blades for sharpening. It worked great, but it lacked enough power to break loose the bolts I needed to take out. I ended up going with my big 1/2″ drive air ratchet. The price was good enough that it should come in handy for other projects.

Very good and for tight spaces but not for heavy duty work. It has made my life much better while working on my car.

I have used this to change the tines on a tiller, removing and installing about 30 bolts. I was pleasantly surprised at the torque. It had no trouble removing any of the old nuts and made the job go SO much faster. Ditto for reinstalling the connectors. I did just a little hand tightening on most of the nuts but probably didn’t need to. The tool is relatively light, easy to hold and operate. Not that much noisier than other hand tools I’ve used. Time will tell if it holds up well, but for the light use I anticipate I think this was a very good buy.
