Please also read the update at end:This machine came missing a bag of parts, but when we contacted the company, they sent what we needed. (hardware to mount the wheels, oil cap/cover).Once we tried it out, it worked great…ONE time. The next time it was turned on, nothing happened. I don’t need to use it often, so it was past the return window when this happened. We have a $200+ “paperweight”. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.Update 11/29/21I am excited to report that when my husband moved the air compressor up on his work bench he found a reset button that was not previously visible. It is working again and I have raised the stars to 4 stars. The company was initially responsive and now that we have discovered the reset switch it works again.

Unit came with oil already in it, however, the instructions warned do not plug compressor in until oil is added. No instructions on where to put oil. When I checked the oil level, & plugged the unit in, it “walked” around until it moved into a solid object. When I use it, I have to make sure it is against something to prevent movement. There was no air hose included, so I bought one. When I tried to connect the hose, the compressor tank was full. I could not get the air hose to connect until I bled all the air out of the tank. Then I could get the hose connected. I have 3 cars & a motorcycle, & the unit is large enough to fill the tires on most, without having to re-fill. Overall, it is a good value for the money, but the owner’s manual needs work. Perhaps a blow-up drawing with clear indication of what is where would help.

My compressor order was delivered in pieces. I mean it was a total disaster. The shippers tried to put the cylinder head into the crankcase. Almost everything was damaged in someway or another. The oil bottle was broken and everything inside the shipping carton was soaked. I sent a message to the company through Amazon and explained what had happened. The company asked that I send some pictures of the damage. I did so and they sent me a replacement compressor. It arrived in very good condition. They also informed me that I didn’t have to return the corpse. Very pleased with their fast and friendly service. By the way, it’s a very nice compressor.

I only had it maybe a month and had to replace rest switch but since that time it works really good ?

Several issues with the compressor. It seemed that any possible connector leaked air! It was hissing like a snake! The “cut in” was factory set at approx 85lbs and the “cut out” was at approx 120. (That was per the inexpensive gauges on the compressor regulator.)The manual relief blew at 122lbs??? Very frustrating. The nail gun I was using don’t like air below 90lbs. Nails would not drive to desired depth.I ordered a new manual relief and fixing the 1/2 dozen air leaks. Also there is a big sticker on it that says to add oil before operating??? It came with a bottle of oil to put into it however it was already full of oil!!! It had spilled out in the box. Very messy. All in All It is working good now but I should not had to make the repairs I had to make for a brand new item?? I assume not everyone has the ability to make these types of repairs? In hind sight I would have not purchased it…โฆThere are so many options that are less expensive and better quality.Look at the Craftsman pancake air compressor if you are reading this. It is the best rated. Decimal level is only other concern for indoor use.Nose on this one is acceptable.

In all everything seems good plastic shroud/handle is a little cracked and there are 2 bolts that hold the plastic on both sides that are bolted under shroud but no biggie i can back em out and put them thru the way its supposed to be it does lose pressure very slowly not sure if thats normal or uniqe to this compressor but for now its been great few minor defects that will probably wont be noticable after a dew weeks of use anyway…???

Just what I needed for a small sand plaster.

Not as quiet as advertised. Even with it outside, the machine is very loud.
