Super happy with this one. You can see the tire pressure as you fill it which is very helpful. Used it to blow clean some equipment and have other reasons to have this around but itโs small and easy to store in the car for just in case low tires.Iโve used other small compressors which just donโt do the job. This is worth the money. It does not come with a Makita battery but we had one from other tools of theirs we also love.

I have four cars in family. Tire pressures important safety issue. Having to drag out extension cords or using a 12v inflator was cumbersome…so it made me neglect checking the 16 tires that needed to be checked. This portable inflator is great to just “grab and go” and check the tires. I wish it had a stronger work light so you could see what you are doing, but what is there is adequate. Overall I use it as often as I do my Makita Work light that uses the same battery pack.

Very handy to inflate car tires, bikes, golf carts, wheel barrow, sports balls, etc. Beats options of hand pumps, 120volt air compressors/hose, driving to gas station, depending on service dealer to do this correctly, or just driving around blissfully ignorant with under inflated tires. Easy to use- no electric cords, short hose. I already have lots of Makita Lith-Ion tools/batteries so this was a no brainer- wish I had bought this sooner. Small gripes: pressure gauge finiky- esp if you use accessory clamp adapter sold on Amazon. Need to overfill a little then use an accurate hand held tire gauge to bring down to correct PSI. Pump could be faster but is OK. Easy to use in my garage. Overall a winner!

Well designed. Fast to fill tires compared to other plug in pumps I have used. Very accurate guage. Easy to read and illuminated, with little light to assist if you were using it at night. Nice valve attachment. Very pleased with this tool. It arrived quickly. Only complaint would be that it is a little heavy.

Works great topped off my truck tires with it only thing I’m not sure of is the pressure gauge my hand held gauge and the 1 on the tool show about 4lb difference

Avoided this for the longest time because I have an air compressor. That was a mistake. This tool is ideal for anyone with inflatable tires and Makita 18V batteries. No more air hoses, air chucks, bringing equipment to the compressor or air gages. Don’t wait, get it now.

The media could not be loaded. ย Great tool. Fills fast, shuts off automatically, doesnโt lose all of its little attachments tucked into the nose of the tool and shoots out like 160psi I think? It lasts too, Iโve filled a leaky work truck tore up about 75 times now, and it holds 80psi. Those last 10 psi take a couple minutes but it still hasnโt gotten hot to the touch since Iโve bought it. Flashlight sucks, but it works. It would fill 2 80psi commercial grade tires on one 3ah battery. I would imagine a 4 amp could fill up about 8 car tires on a charge.
