The ratchet arrived over 1 week late and I was very disappointed with this new tool when it arrived. First of all I thought there was something else in the package because it weighed so much, I was mistaken it was just the ratchet. Very heavy compare to my previous ratchet. The next issue I had was there wasn’t an air fitting included in the box so I had to take one off of one of my other air tools to give the ratchet a try, all the air tools that I have purchased in the past included a fitting in the box. Once I was able to use the ratchet I was not happy with the directional locking, it didn’t seem to have a positive lock. The edges around the ratchet head are VERY SHARP, they didn’t take the additional step in machining to deburr or machine the sharp edge.
