My first tool was purchased in 1978,&with proper service it lasted 31 years.After all that use it finally quit. It was a no brainer that I would replace it with the same high quality product that had proved itself .
Unsolicited Opinions –
I purchased this to replace a Snap-On pt-250 that was destroyed in an accident. I opened the box to this item when it arrived, instantly closed it, printed a return label, and then purchased a pt-250 from ebay. This is not the cut-off tool for me.

This cut off tool is amazing. It cut access panels through 1/16 inch thick galvanized under my RV trailer to access the dump valves. Tool is light, easily controlled, and has the power to do the job. A slip could have put the disc into the plastic waste water tanks. This is the 2nd Florida Pneumatic tool I purchased through Amazon. I am pleased with the quality and function of both tools.
