I bought this as a backup for my old compressor initially because my other compressor is just so old and suspected it may die while framing in our new camp.Fast forward two years since I purchased it, I liked it so much I put it into full time service and its been going strong without a hiccup ever since.As far as noise Is concerned, it’s loud. I’ve never had a quiet oil less compressor. They’re all loud.It was maybe a little quieter than my old one.For the price, if it died tomorrow I wouldn’t complain.Definitely recommend.
