The only negative is that the owner manual instructions that were written in Chinese (probably by somebody fluent in Chinese is my guess, but I can’t read Chinese) and then translated into English by somebody that is schooled in English but not fluent in English resulting in some unclear directions. Otherwise, the pump seems to be very nicely made (my first PCP electric pump) and includes a filter and the appropriate ends to connect directly to my Marauder’s fill nipple. I didn’t time how long it took to fill my reservoir from empty but it seemed pretty quick. I filled to 3,000 pounds (green zone) in 1,000 increments. I turned off the pump, cracked the bleed valve to release line pressure, let the cooling fan run for several minutes at every 1,000 pound mark to cool, then turned the pump on again, waited until the cooling fans (which turn off for a few moments when the main switch is turned on) to resume blowing, and then I would close the line bleed valve to run up another 1,000 pounds. At 3,000 I turned off the pump but let the cooling fan run for several minutes to cool the pump and then I disconnected the pump from the 12v house unit. I will be getting a longer hose for the pump as it seems a bit on the short as far as length which is not a problem if the pump is set up near the end of a rifle (say on a table) but probably wouldn’t work if the rifle was standing vertical in a rack while filling. I will also be getting some type of “bowllng ball bag” to carry the pump and accessories in or to store them in. All in all, seems like a nice pump. I also sprang for the 4 year warranty from Amazon for the pump just in case.

I’ve owned many springers over the years but decided to get a PCP. I bought one that had a hand pump with it. I’ve had back surgery and multiple procedures on it and there’s not a minute of the day my back doesn’t hurt. I hooked everything up and starting pumping, wasn’t too bad at first, next thing I know it’s taking all my weight to push this thing down. I weigh 180 lbs by the way. I’d pump a little then rest and didn’t seem like I got anywhere so I quit for the day, my back couldn’t handle anymore. The next day I decided to try again and got it up to 2800 and decided that’s enough to try to shoot a few. I emptied about 2 magazines before the power was too low too shoot. I made up my mind to get an electric pump and decided on this one, GX-CS2. I was at about 1000 when I started pumping and I shut it off at 3600. It took roughly 3 minutes, if that!!! This was the first time using it but I’m impressed. It’s very quiet and easy to use. Instructions aren’t much but you can always go to YouTube.

After arriving a day late, I unboxed it, read the instructions, added the black oil moisture filter and was ready to go.I used this pump to fill my brand new AirVenturi Avenger to its max fill rate of 4,350 PSI (300 bar). The gun from factory was already at 1000 PSI and it took this pump 7 minutes and 40 seconds to fill to max.Very impressive and I hope that it holds up given the price point.Edit:Dropping a star because I just realized the oil/water filter didn’t include any replacement filters.

Upon receiving this High Pressure Air Compressor, I did notice it was very well packed to protect it in shipping. I did notice two items were missing. Part #68, (First Piston Ring) and #14, (damping Pad). These part numbers are from of the, (Diagram and spare parts list). With the (2) Dampening pads missing, the sheet metal cover that covers the Motor and gear box assembly resonates a sharp noise that sounds like a dry bearing, when the compressor is pumping. Upon removing the cover, the noise stopped, when the compressor is pumping. A inline filter is included with the HPA compressor, to add to the High Pressure Hose, but no instructions are provided in assembly, or it’s use……..

The only problem I had when I got the pump was when I hooked it to a car/truck battery it wouldn’t turn on but would work off of the converter they send with it. I contacted them and they immediately sent a replacement switch which was the problem and it took me all of 5 mins to install. So far I love this little pump no water to mess with nothing like that. Customer service is great they always respond in a couple of hours. And now I can take it with me and not have to fill everything at the house.

Powerhouse for its size and application for PCP rifles and smaller refill tanks! Works quickly without anything close to overheating. Easy to maintain and operate.Operates at a slower speed compared to similar water cooled pumps and quieter as well. Being able to power it up with a car battery is big plus allowing it to be used almost anywhere. The only issue is the pressure gauge on my PCP vs the gauge on the pump. They do not agree. Will look into obtaining a gauge that is a known quantity and rely on it. For now going with the PCP gauge and play it safe.

Great machine to use. Just plug and play basically. It’s relatively quiet and pumps air with great ease. It’s convenient to use and very portable. I have this in a backpack with a 100 cu.in. portable tank and it all fits with space to spare. I’d HIGHLY recommend buying this unit not just for its quality and portability but the pricing is excellent for what you get. Units with the features that you see here go for hundreds more. This us an excellent deal. You get quality and value and I’m so very satisfied..I bet you would too.

I play airsoft and use a 68/4500 tank. This compressor fills the tanks with no issue, make sure to follow the recommended procedure when filling large volume tanks, it does get warm quickly. I wish it came with extra line filters.
